Guarantee & Reservation Policy

A guaranteed number of attendees is required no later than 10 business days prior to the scheduled event date and must be submitted via fax or email; the client will be charged based on the guaranteed number of guests. All in-house reservations are subject to a 15-minute hold time, and the reserved room or patio is booked for a two-hour period. We reserve the right to cancel any reservation once the hold time has expired.
