Our family has been proudly serving the south side of San Antonio the best Mexican food for over 30 years. Our parents, Gene and Dionisia, began a tradition of excellence in 1977 when they opened Minit Taco. Our classic home-style Mexican food quickly acquired a following. As a result, we have had to expand three times to fit our growing number of regulars.
In 2003, my brother and I took over in the hopes of continuing our parent’s legacy. In honor of our mother, we renamed our Mexican restaurant "Nicha’s Cominda Mexicana". We kept our mother’s fine style of cooking and the loyal customers we gained so many years ago. We hope to continue to provide our customers with good meals and excellent service for many years to come.
