Big Spring, Texas How long have you worked at Nicha's? Two years What is your favorite thing about working at Nicha's? Mingling with customers and the food! What is your favorite Nicha's dish? It's a tie between the carne guisada and the menudo. What is your favorite tradition? Fiesta — a tradition San Antonio wouldn't be the same without! What is your ideal vacation spot? Somewhere on a remote island with beautiful, clear, blue water where no one can interrupt the tranquility and enjoyment of nature, and, of course, with my family and a cabin nearby. Who is in your familia? My husband, Eric, and my three beautiful children, Priscilla Nicole, Eric Jesse, Jr. and Estrella Juliet. What are your hobbies? On my time off, I enjoy a day of complete relaxation and spending time with my family, maybe with a little old-fashioned Texas BBQ when the sun goes down. Just don't make me go anywhere!
